In addition to Deconstruction & Demolition, MAVCO Deconstruction also offers tree falling, chipping, splitting, stump grinding,and removal. With over 25 years of logging, climbing, and falling tree experience, we are as comfortable in the trees as on the ground.
This project encompassed demolition & removal of horse stables & barns, and the “falling” & removal of 20 – 100+ foot Pine trees (and stumps) in Portola Valley, CA. The large branches & trunks were cut & split into firewood. The smaller branches were chipped into wood chips and spread for landscape/ground cover & mulch (as were the stump grindings). All the materials were was reused and nothing was disposed of.
